Liikkeen luonto – tanssia sisäisen luonnon johdattamana tiistaisin klo 18.15-19.30

TUNNIT JATKUVAT 4.4.2023!

Tunneilla liikutaan oman sisäisen luonnon johdattelemina. Liikettä lähestytään kehon eri systeemeistä ja kerroksista käsin, esimerkiksi soluista ja luista, tunteista, hermostosta, lihaksista. Tunneilla tutkitaan oman kehon ainutlaatuista liikettä samalla etsien yhteyttä toisiimme ja meidät lävistävään maailmaan.
Liikeharjoitukset sopivat kaikenlaisille kehoille ja niiden lähtökohdat ovat kehomieliyhteyden ja kehotietoisuuden syventämisessä, tanssin iloa ja musiikista riehaantumista unohtamatta! 
Kerrothan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä, mikäli terveydentilassasi on jotain huomioitavaa, joka opettajan olisi hyvä tietää.

Kurssi 1: 4.4-18.4 (kolme kertaa) hinta 51 €, 36 € (pienituloiset)

THE CLASSES CONTINUE 4.4.2023!

With the lessons, you move as you are guided by your inner nature. Movement is approached from different systems and layers of the body, for example cells and bones, emotions, nervous system, muscles. In the classes, we explore the unique movement of our own body while looking for a connection with each other and the world that pierces us.The movement exercises are suitable for all types of bodies and their starting points are in deepening the mind-body connection and body awareness, without forgetting the joy of dancing and the excitement of music!
